Learning about how good food and an active lifestyle can contribute to better health is very important, but knowing what Result you would like and why you want it can be crucial to making it permanent.  

Also, Where do we create Energy, and how can you make a difference immediately..? 

Do you know how much of what you eat has the opposite effect of giving you sustained energy?

It's time to get  motivated, excited and ready to take action.

This is your starting point for getting the Results you would like.

Would you agree.. if you have health as one of your most important values, but you are still not getting the results you would like, maybe you have some values conflict? We can develop habits that support our values. 

​Also, the helpful function of good fats and harmful bad fats in your diet? Do you know the difference? Do you consume enough?

Come and learn about the fabulous value of fibre and how it works in your body. This could change your health dramatically, and potentially many other aspects of your life.

Do you expect to succeed? Or do you hit a wall and give up?  It's not that you can't do it, it's just that you think you can't do it. Change your Beliefs, and you change your behaviour.

Like most things, stress is an essential biological function, but can also be a silent killer.. learning what happens to you body when we stress can motivate some serious lifestyle changes.

Need a reason not to carry on as you are?  Most people don't like the feelings of Regret, but tackled in the right way, it can be a very powerful insight. Don't hit the snooze button again.

Plus, learning how easy it is to double up on nutrition and why we all should.

Learn how to structure your language, ask the right questions and ......choose your cheering squad wisely.

Enjoy this. This is your time. A lasting life style change will depend on how much you enjoy it. Would you agree? Elevate your emotions of joy and become addicted to feeling good!!. Not everything we do will feel great at the beginning, but when we change the way we look at things, it doesn't take long for it to become easy, natural and obvious.

 Also; Understanding how our digestion works, and the value of well balance microbiota in creating your best health, is crucial to understanding what to eat and what not to eat.  It can be life changing, and is not as complicated as it sometimes appears.

We make little progress if we don't love ourselves enough to make the effort. Do you think you are worth the effort? Or do you lose your power to low self esteem?

Remember this: You are not broken. You don't need fixing. But it can be helpful to change some of the conditioning that limits our behaviour and therefore, our success’s.

Also, Exercise is imperative for good nutrition to work. I believe learning the whys and what's can help keep us motivated.

Different types and balance depends on our current fitness and our future expectations.

Change your state, change your results; no waiting necessary.

Did you know writing your goals down and having an accountability partner has been proven to help make progress towards desired results up to 50 times more effective than it would otherwise. Help and Support is here from me and other Refreshers. You will also have the opportunity to give others your support. It will be hard not to achieve the outcome you want with people on your side and rooting for you. We are your cheering squad.

The programme is packed with information, motivation, strategies and support to help you make positive changes and keep them. There is recipe and snack ideas..  With ongoing support for 3 months after the end of the programme via a group WhatsApp where you can ask questions and post your wins and your struggles.
