
How many of us know what to do but still don't do it?
I think we are all guilty of that to some degree
Not taking action can be a symptom of lack of direction, conflict of values, past failures dictating our decisions or lack of accountability. I believe the best result you can achieve here is changing your thinking about the contribution that food and lifestyle can have on your health so that it becomes non negotiable... and an easy, natural and obvious way to be and live. No longer a chore that drags you down but a joy that pulls you up.
This programme was born out of me being at rock bottom health... and realising that my interpretation of being healthy was very far from the truth. I was in so much physical pain, and emotional pain from (although unavoidable) a huge trauma, and chose instant gratification and entertainment to help me through it, which only served me in one way - the 'short term cover up strategy' creating a long term crisis. At the time I didn't understand the consequences of not doing the right thing at the right time in the right way, and lived for years employing 'hope' as a strategy. I had no idea so much responsibility for my own health was in my own hands. So I learnt the hard way, trying to use will power and determination, on top of guilt and beating myself up, instead of tapping in to my enthusiasm, the things that were going to motivate me and my personal potential. Until I raised my expectations of what I could achieve and what I deserved, it was always going to feel like a sort of punishment and always going to be short lived. So I learned how important it is to find something to do that gets you motivated and keeps you committed, and then believe you can do it. Ultimately, not only my health improved, I was out of pain completely and many other parts of my life came to life, literally.
This is what will give you the true and lasting result that you are desperately looking for.
